This is a BEAUTIFUL and well stocked store with GORGEOUS jewelry! The staff is knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Alex was wonderful and patient as I changed my mind after purchase and he made happen the exchange for the final ring I bought ( which is beautiful and exactly what I wanted). We had an outstanding experience with Estate Watch & Jewelry in Scottsdale. They truly did a five star job restoring a very sentimental watch for our niece. It originally belonged to her grandmother, so it meant the world to our family. We worked with Alex, and both he and their watchmaker were absolutely fantastic. The watch was in much rougher shape than it appears in the before photo. The crystal was heavily scuffed and so faded that you could barely tell the dial was mother of pearl. They fully serviced the watch, polished and restored every detail, and replaced the crystal with a new one. The transformation was incredible. It looks beautiful again and retains all of its original character. All of this was done for a very reasonable price, especially considering the quality of the workmanship and the care they showed with such a meaningful piece. We could not be happier with the result and would absolutely recommend Estate Watch & Jewelry to anyone looking for expert restoration and honest, professional service.
