The Coach associate Christine is AMAZING!!!! She helped me find what a male associate said they ran out of. I work night shift so I went during the morning and stood in a long line to find a note book that the website ran out of in less than 2 minutes with glitches I asked a guy who was no help telling me they ran out of all colors but I decided to ask another worker and it was Christine she found it in seconds and because of her I spent close to $1,000 because I was that satisfied with her services. I’ll be back to buy more if Christine is there!
Kinda of slow not many people easy to get around
The lighting show is small but very nice for the all edges
“Decent Outlet Mall, But Very Quiet on Weekdays” This outlet mall offers a wide variety of stores and a good selection of products. The prices are okay—not the best deals, but reasonable. However, when I visited on a Tuesday, the place felt almost deserted, and not every store was open. It’s probably better to visit on a busier day for a livelier shopping experience.
The Phoenix Premium Outlets is a very large place with a great variety of stores and lots of parking. Fortunately there is a lot of shaded areas and some nice water features. The food court is nice with several restaurants and they have an adequate number of restrooms.
Great stores, during the summer they will put on misters. Great outlet for the east valley. The one in Glendale does have a few stores this one does not have like Sephora and Birkenstock but I love to go for athletic gear and bags.
Overall average experience. Most of the stores did not have fresh stock in January month
