This was my favorite antique store in Tucson. Tons of treasures to be going. My only complaint was that it took a solid 30 minutes to check out- the lady at the front was exceptionally slow and seemed to be in no hurry whatsoever, to the point it was unreasonable. But the vendors do a great job and there are some incredible bargains to be had.

I came in with my wife and some friends and we were treated very poorly by one of the male employees a short bald guy I'm not sure of his name but we saw him get into a white Dodge truck when we were leaving at closing he made some inappropriate comments about our friends wife and daughter We will not come back if he works there

I’ve spent a few hundred dollars on Hot Wheels at this store over the past year, but today’s experience was disappointing. I walked in at 4:44 PM and was immediately greeted with a rude “we’re closed, guy” from a woman behind the counter — not exactly a professional or courteous way to address a customer. The sign on the door states the store closes at 5:00 PM, yet staff begin shutting off the lights at 4:45 PM. If the actual closing time is earlier, it should be clearly posted. Customers shouldn’t be treated poorly for entering during posted business hours. I left at 4:48 PM and am reconsidering whether I’ll return in the future.

EDIT- Shout out to joe at this store because he is the ONLY employee that has been kind and very helpful in this nightmare situation he deserves 5 stars in my book for being so helpful and compassionate so the rest of my review DOES NOT apply to him! But for the rest of the staff and store owner and especially the manager REINA: To say that I am BEYOND disappointed and in shock of how the manager Reina and the owner of this store handled my current situation is an understatement. I am literally in tears as I write this. My fiancé, myself, and his daughter went in on Saturday 11/8 to do some antiquing which we were all very excited about and had been anticipating this weekend to do so. I set my purse down while I was looking around and a Good Samaritan brought it to the counter and turned my purse in. The employee at the counter who took my purse did NOT put my purse behind the counter or in a discreet spot. She left it on the counter in plain site for everyone to see. My bag is a $1,250 black Prada bag that was gifted to me by my mother. It VERY clearly says “Prada” on the front. Well a man in a bright blue colored polo see’s that my bag gets turned in by the Good Samaritan, and as I mentioned, the bag is in plain site for everyone to see. It NEVER gets put away. Well the man decides to go to the manager REINA and claim that the black Prada bag is his wife’s bag and REINA decides to hand it to the man in the bright blue polo no questions asked. No ID check, she does not ask him to describe the contents in the bag, NOTHING. That bag had my ID, debit cards, car keys, heart medicine, and my kids insurance cards. The bag and my car fob alone is worth 2,000 dollars. (Yes the car key/fob for my Acura is over 600 dollars). All of this is on their surveillance system (the manager reina was beyond rude and unprofessional). The manager Reina rather than try and take ANY accountability told me it was my fault for losing my bag and that they were busy and also told me “what did I expect them to do?” She refused to let me speak to the owner of the store and said that the owner said she would have done the same, as in given the bag to a random person no questions asked. I completely acknowledge that someone could have very well just taken my bag and never turned it in and that indeed would have been MY fault for not being more careful. HOWEVER, my bag WAS turned in and it was in the stores care and they took ZERO precautions once it was in THEIR care and it is all on camera!!! They gave my bag to a MAN who literally could see my BLACK PRADA bag in plain site on the counter and the manager Reina straight up handed it to him. If they would have simply opened my bag they would have been able to see my contact info, address, and photo. All of that was in my bag and they didn’t even bother to check it when it was turned in to them. They just GAVE IT TO HIM AND DIDNT EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY TO ME! I am besides myself that a business would conduct themselves in this manner. I have already filed a police report but I believe 22nd antique mall is liable in this situation as well for their carelessness. I also work retail and if someone turned in a LOST item I wouldn’t just leave it on the front checkout counter for the entire store to see and then give it to the first person that claimed it was there’s much less if it was a purse or wallet! This is absolutely insane!!! I attached a photo with MY PRADA PURSE below before it was GIVEN to a MAN NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

The BEST antique store in Tucson! I recently visited Tucson, and we went to all of the antique and thrift stores that we could find, we enjoyed this one the most. This store actually has vintage and antique things, (unlike many other stores in the area), and reasonable pricing too. It's well laid out, organized, and fun to browse. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well, with the checkout process being very quick and pleasant. I would definitely visit again if in the area, and recommend that others check it out as well.
