After having a horrible experience at a different jewelry store in town. And being at the right place at the right time meeting the owner of this stores wife. I took my ring in to get fixed and they did a FANTASTIC job!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this jewelry store and the people who work there. If you need any jewelry fixed I highly recommend taking it to them!!
Horrible, guy who works there got my dumbass family to sell their gold coins for 3500 DOLLARS AN OUNCE, he said "the price for these will never be this high again". WHAT? Gold is gonna be over 10,000 in 2028. they will trick you and a lot of places will, it's always best to sell your gold online and never here.
Just visited Payson Jewelry and Coin and enjoyed a wonderful consultation with James the owner. I wanted to get an appraisal on some Jewelry and gold & silver. James was very knowledgeable and actually made me a fair offer on some of what I brought in. He is very transparent on his priceing, both buying and selling.
