I came in today to sell a little bit of scrap gold and Andrea helped me. The amount I was given was more than fair and the process was very easy. When life puts you in a tough spot and you’re forced to sell things that mean a lot to you it’s nice to feel welcomed and treated with dignity. Thank you again for everything. Andrea is amazing!

Great experience and friendly staff. Ally was wonderful and so professional and friendly. They use a special gun to assess your jewelry. No need to scratch like pawn shops. Amazing

Had an Incredibly pleasant experience selling silver here. We stumbled upon a few cases of sterling flat ware, and with the price of silver, basically drove in on a whim. I've prob sold over 100k worth of gold online/pawn shops the past 2-3 years, so certainly familiar with this type of business, but never dealt with SS or PMR. But, What they offered was great, absolutely high end, they were professional, quick, and with no attempt at a low ball offer. Their offer Seemed to come right from their computer system. I'll def be back, we certainly have "just a few" pieces of sterling silver, and melt Price is basically at its all-time high in the history of silver I was assisted by Andrea, she was very friendly, efficient, and capable
