The customer service I received at Liberty Pawn today was absolutely amazing! It was my first time visiting the store and I was treated like an old friend of the staff. I purchased a firearm component from them and come to find out the parts to fit the component I already owned were not compatible (no fault of the component that I purchased from Liberty Pawn). The staff worked for a long time with their gunsmith tools determined to modify my parts to fit properly with a smile on their faces and a “no quit” attitude. Their vast knowledge of firearms and attention to detail left me with a well functioning upgraded firearm thanks to their hard work and determination. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond what they had to do just to make sure I left with a properly functioning firearm. These guys provided customer service that is near impossible to find and saved me a lot of money to go to a gunsmith to have things modified to function properly. Liberty Pawn will now be my “go to” for any of my firearm needs!

As I was preparing to purchase one of their used handguns online, I had a few questions about the handgun. I emailed them and they got back to me fairly quickly. I appreciated that, got the answer I needed and went ahead and made the purchase. Thanks! Several days later...Just received the P95 and it is a looker! It is super clean for a 1999 production date. Liberty's shipping was very quick with no glitches. Thanks again!

Liberty Pawn is a veteran owned business with extremely knowledgeable professional employees. Marshall is the one that you’d want to go see he has been in the business for decades. He’s reasonable and always tries to put the customer first. The combined total of knowledge with the group of employees when it comes to firearms, is equal to that of a SF military team. They are impeccable they are proficient, technically, and tactically whether you be a civilian or a veteran. These guys are definitely the ones you want to do your business with hands-down. Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day is right around the corner so As soon as you get some downtime, take a drive over there and check out what they have. You will Be surprised!! The place is clean and organized, the employees are friendly and helpful. I only go for the firearms. like everywhere else some things are priced great, and some are a little high. Staff are eager to help but don't hover. I have bought a few things here and will continue to check in as they often have more unique firearms available. Only downfall is sometimes I don't feel like driving it would be nice if they had an inventory of firearms that could be seen online.
