Being an Arizona native, I usually frequent the same shops I've known my whole life. But recently, I have became a big fan of this store. This place deserves a bigger name than just a pawn shop. From the collectibles my boyfriend often pawns here to the modern electronics we often buy here, Gold by the Gram has something for everybody. The true highlight of this shop though is the authentic service! Although I am not one of there more veteran customers, I've been treated like family since I stepped in the door. Love this place, it is the true sense of good Arizona business.
I love it here, they take the time to talk to you, they pay more on pawns and buy while selli g things for such a great price, I buy new only if they dont have it already. I feel like family there and they save my business on purchases like my laptop. Thank you Joe, Susan and Tina. You guys are great and being there is better than watching the TV show about pawn shops.
Easy to work with, great inventory of sale items, and a great new location. I got a pawn loan with ease, and while there, found some very interesting items that I put on hold/layaway. I'll absolutely be back to check inventory often.
