I recently had my ears pierced, and the experience was fantastic. The staff at the piercing studio were professional, ensuring a clean and sterile environment. They patiently guided me through the process, explaining each step. The piercing itself was quick and surprisingly painless. Shopping for a necklace at Crown Jewels was also a delight. The collection was impressive, showcasing a diverse range of designs. The quality of the materials was evident, and the pricing was fair. The overall experience was enjoyable and will be back for future purchases.

I needed to get an updated appraisal for a tennis bracelet because of changing insurance companies. After going to another jewelry store I was told I would be able to get a appraisal done the same day if I brought the bracelet and the 4 year old original appraisal to their store early that day. After OVER a week I still didn't have an appraisal and was told it probably would be a few more days. My insurance company told me to try Crown Jewelers. I called and spoke to Karol (gemologist) who was EXTREMELY nice and knowable and said bring it in 1st thing in the morning and she would get it done. After all the problems I was having she was able to get it done right away. I will definitely will be back as everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and helped. I needed a necklace repair and I was in and out with no charge. I asked how much to pay and she said there was no charge. Would recommend to anyone.

I had such a wonderful experience at Crown Jewels of Lake Havasu City! I stopped in to have my niece’s Tiffany sterling silver necklace dipped, and the kind lady there helped me right away. She took care of it beautifully and wouldn’t even let me pay! That kind of generosity and customer care is exactly why Crown Jewels has been a staple in our Havasu community for so many years. Truly a gem of a business , highly recommend!
