Staff is knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, without me feeling like a burden as they followed me around the shop. I found a trusted local coin shop shop (LCS).
This is the first time I’ve ever been into the store and I have to tell you everybody is extremely friendly and they have really good prices. I had the pleasure of working with Michaella And she was more than happy to answer. The million questions I had and was super nice and never got frustrated with all the Questions. As I was checking out, I found something that I want to get and I did not Have enough cash left on me.l have never had a Coin place say that they would hold it for several hours until I can come back with the money. To me that is a huge plus and I’m very very glad that I found them and I’ll be going there quite frequently because they are much closer to my house than the other places I’ve been going. I just wanted to give a big shout out to MICHAELLA. She was absolutely amazing friendly and really really knew her stuff.
Mike called me back immediately and resolved the issue. He hit it out of the ballpark with his quick response. I had an issue and it and was immediately resolved. I will be back. This local coin dealer is, easy in, and easy out. They operate in a very professional manner.
