Bradford's Auction Gallery

Got a quote from their preferred/exclusive shipper "Westside Mail Center" at $160-$200. Used the UPS app shipping estimator closest to them and it was $41.89. Huge Red flag for me, have removed Bradfords from my auction list. Reading reviews indicated that shipping is a big issue which reflects back to them....don't need to buy headaches.

We required the services of Bradford’s Auction Gallery when we needed to dispose of a relative’s personal property from a large house as well as a massive jewelry collection. As we live out-of-state, we met Brad only once at the home. He quickly organized the live estate sale with full advertising creating a line around the block in very hot weather. Everything but a few small pieces sold over two weekends. He then cleared the jewelry to his secured location and over the year held a series of highly-successful on-line auctions. The amount of time spent cataloguing, organizing, and preparing the items for sale must have been extensive but the investment proved exceedingly profitable. He is very experienced and fair. Would highly recommend.

The Gallery contains a various collection of rare and different pieces of arts, paintings, and jewelry from all over the world! What makes Bradford’s stand out from the other auction places -> THE MOST AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Their staff consist of the nicest group of people that work with their customers. They EXCEEDED my expectations! Bradford’s Auction Gallery is my first place to shop (online) before I look at others. Thank you Bradford’s for all of the exotic art pieces that makes my house look like an art gallery!

Excellent auction house for doing business. Brad, the owner, saw a need for such a fun and valuable service in the community and filled it with finesse. Services are always sterling with a knowledgeable, gracious and an above and beyond helpful staff. Kuddos for their expertise!

Good auction center--no problems with them at all. Unfortunately, they have chosen to align themselves with a scamming shipping center called Westside Mail Center. That business has court cases pending for trying to extort people extravagant shipping costs and coercing them to give up portions of their purchases so that they can donate them for tax write-offs. I recommend this auction house so long as shipping is not required or you arrange to have a non-scam shipper provided. With the upcoming court cases against Westside Mail Center, I look forward to editing this review to 5/5 when Bradford's aligns themselves with a proper shipping company.

Good experience, bidding platform and rules are easy to use and understand. Once online payment was made any and all coordination for shipment was directed to a 3rd party shipping firm. Was not sure why shipper claimed that Bradfords required us to purchased addtional insurance, when USPS covers up to $5000 with all certified mail. Need to check you relationship with the shipper.
