The two women employees are very friendly and courteous. I had a very special lazor hipicture of my mom and I on a gold heart shaped necklace. It was so faded that in my opinion I was expecting to hear the words, we can not repair it you will have to look into purchasing a new one! To my delight she put into action her special skills and made it look brand new! I can never say thank you enough!
I brought in a Chain that needed to be repaired for the second time. I asked them to check all of the links while it was out to be repaired. They went above and beyond by finding a similar new chain that would cost less than having my old one repaired. I wear my pendant with greater peace of mind and I’m grateful for their efforts to find a more reliable and price comparable solution. Great work team!
Great service. Fixed two watches and replaced the batteries while I waited. One required a lot of tinkering. It also has a great choice of jewelry if you are in the market.
Very quick battery replacement in a very nice shop. Also bought a copper silver gold wire bracelet for a very good price. Would make a nice gift. I'll stop again next time i'm in town, thanks so much.
