Came in today to see if any other watches I had any value which I thought they wouldn’t but just gain more information about them and see what they are but the guy that helped me was very dismissive and shoot me out the store when I asked questions. I don’t know that’s typical with pawn shops, but the customer service was not there The gentleman earlier in the store was very helpful. Told him I was coming back later and the Second Gentleman seems like he didn’t know I was coming either. It’s OK but shows that typically I just go to other pawnshops like super pond that is a few blocks up the street and they typically have better service.
This establishment has been there for me when I needed them. The owner is amazing, kind, friendly. Mickey who has helped me in the past will work with you and offer what's fair. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks guys!!!
