Great & knowledgeable folks with competitive pricing even against online dealers, I went in my first time a few months ago to test some suspicious coins I've received & they were more then happy to test them. Just watch your step while you're in there, it's cluttered and the floor drops down rather suddenly going from the front door to the counter.

Called to see if they could give me an estimate on some of my old bills and the guy that answered was very rude and said “we’re not gonna just look at them, we are really busy” not good customer service IMO

I recently visited this shop to sell some coins, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted and was made to feel like I didn’t belong there. As I approached the counter, I was looked at as if I didn’t know the value of what I had brought in. What was even more concerning is that I had received a quote from this same shop just two weeks earlier, and when I returned, I was quoted about $150 less for the same collection. The lack of consistency and professionalism made me feel undervalued as a customer. As a young woman in this space, I couldn’t help but feel that I wasn’t taken seriously or treated with the same respect as others might be. I think it’s important for businesses to recognize how their customer service and tone can affect people, especially those new to the coin-collecting community. I’m sharing this review in hopes that the shop will reflect on how they treat customers and provide a more welcoming and fair experience in the future.

If you are truly in the precious metals game, I could see maybe dealing with some other businesses in the area as well as this establishment, but if you are new to the game and don’t want to waste your money in time, this is the place to go. Other shops employees do not know a fraction about the products they are selling that these guys do. They are super fair about buying metals as well, a Cash for Gold place might give you 75 to 80% of its value, as well as pawnshops in the area… These guys have more respect than that and are much more fair with what they offer. That’s the type of person that I not only want to sell to, but the person I want to buy from.
