Called to get an FFL issue done. Spoke to papa g (i think it was). He made it seem like it would be no problem to call the dealer to get a gun transferred. Three days later it still wasn't done! The broker can only hold a gun so long, so we ended up cancelling the order. Seemed like a good place to do business but in the end, the store offered no follow through. 😤

I went here to sell my diamond wedding bands I had paid $4,000. I was in dire need to sell them. These people were so honest and kind. They knew how much I had paid for the ring but unfortunately we're we're unable to really give me what I wanted for the Rings they respectfully declined to even give me an offer because they said it would be an insult to me and they were so genuine and honest they actually referred me to a local store where went and sold my rings for a better price. I just want to say that this is going to be my pawn shop if I ever need to pawn anything else because they are real honest and genuine people I gave them five stars for their honesty and integrity!
Always loved this place because of their wide selection and low prices. First time back in there in 3 years and wow they have upgraded and completely remodeled. Got plenty of things for less than half the price I find in the cities. All adults should check out the adult section. You won't be disappointed.
went in 4 times because the person who could test my items wasn’t there. i was told repeatedly “he’ll be here tomorrow”. and then the guy doesn’t even test it. not to mention a “regular” sat right next to me complaining about getting broken electronics. makes sense since looking shit up won’t tell you if it works. lame
Said goodbye to my childhood toys yesterday. Big Steve's really took care of me and gave me a fair price. Very satisfied.
Big Steve's Gold & Pawn Emporium hands down is the best store in Mnt Home, Arkansas. In the past ive bought, sold, and pawned alot at Big Steve's and honestly have never had a bad experience. The folks at Big Steve's are as good as the gold.
