I’m really struggling with this review. Part of me wants to write a really great review because I got the ring of my dreams. The other part of me wants to write a one star review because now somebody else also has the ring of my dreams, someone who lives in the same small town. I went to Tara with a very specific custom request. It was two pictures of different rings, and then added some bits. We did the whole custom process with the ring molds and changed what we wanted, until we landed on the perfect ring. About as custom looking as it gets. 4 years later I’m at an event and I see someone I’m very loosely acquainted with, not sure if I’d ever even seen this person face to face before. And I notice her ring looks similar to mine. I ask to see it and it is identical to mine, literally. I know we live in the same town, so I ask where she got it and she said Tara & Co. My heart sank because having a one of a kind ring was something I LOVED. And it wasn’t their design, just a vision they made come to life. They sold my ring. Even the prom dress shop I used in high school had more care than that, and wouldn’t sell the same dress to two girls at the same school. I’m sure there was no agreement signed or whatever but I think this was a really crappy thing to do.

Their jewelry offerings are always the latest and stylish, but of course they carry the classic statement pieces as well. Their customer service can't be beat. They offer every price range for every budget. Highly recommend stopping by, even if you're just looking around. 5+ stars

Fantastic, very polite customer service, and got me exactly what I needed. I went in for a simple chain to wear my wedding band when I'm working out or can't wear my band, and I was shown a few options; ultimately I ended up with a gorgeous sterling silver rope chain. I was also shown several options for woman's wedding bands to go with my wife's engagement ring. They have so many options and are able to get it in the color to match her current ring. They were only helpful, not pushy at all. No hard sells. I will absolutely be going back.

I stopped in a few other stores in town before I came to Tara's, and the difference between the quality of customer service was huge. As soon as I stepped into Tara's, I was met by helpful and friendly people who really seemed to care about the vision I had for my engagement ring. I was helped by Kristen, and she was without a doubt the best person I could have hoped for to help me in the process. She took the time to truly get a clear vision of exactly what I was looking for, and helped me look through the rings they had as well as the customizable options. I was looking for a nontraditional gemstone, and she was incredibly helpful and I never felt judged for my desires. When trying on the rings, I noticed a huge difference in quality between the rings at Tara's and the ones I had tried on in other stores -- Tara's felt extremely high quality and luxurious. Kristen was such an incredibly helpful and kind salesperson, truly some of the best customer service I've ever received. They worked fast and efficiently while still maintaining great quality. I'm so glad I decided to get my ring from here!
