To begin when I entered the store it was nice organized clean and appeared to have a lot of nice things to offer I was excited so there are positives my review is simply based on the experience I had with Joey, I brought in a few pieces of jewelry and some coinage/currency-i started with the jewelry 5 pieces and to give him the benefit of the doubt I’ll say he looked at them for maybe 30secs top, no loop no testing nothing. He tells me that only one piece is gold(incorrect!) I was actually alittle taken back so I decided at that point that there was no need to continue so I left and found someone that actually cared to do business with me. FYI this young buck Joey needs to do better!

The employee I was trying to get assistence from would rather look at his phone. I felt insulted by his behavior and lack of interest in a potential customer. Never again, not for me!

My Grandfather told me as a child to never trust a Lawyer, Car Dealer or a Pawn Shop. Today proved him incorrect. I was pleasantly surprised to see how knowledgeable, caring, professional and customer centric Superior Pawn and Jewelry displayed. It was not just sell someone something or buy and get them out the door. Nick and his entire crew were phenomenal. Ensuring the customer was happy, treated fairly, honestly and purchased the best quality product that they truly desired. They handled my transaction flawlessly and explained each step. As a side note, I had been looking for a special gold chain for over a year and they found exactly what I knew I wanted. I will continue doing business with nick and the crew. I worked with Nick and the team at Superior Pawn to have a custom piece of jewelry made. They did an amazing job with it!
