I've never had any problems from here. The staff is very nice. My husband has pawned a few things here, and have never had any issues. We even missed a few payments sometimes and they were willing to work with us. Thank you River Valley Pawn. ❤️
WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Don’t recommend this place they don’t test items fully and sell them as working good when items have defects and won’t buy back or refund for bad items stay away!!!!
Very friendly, great prices, professional, great selection and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.
Highly do not recommend this place sells garbage items bought an electric bike that had issues with the battery and was not made aware will not refund or buy the bike back very rude over the phone I would avoid this place at all cost… spent 400 thinking the bike was in perfect working condition. Got home charged the battery having charging problems and only last about a mile on the battery will not do anything about it.
