Guy was rude. Told me I was stupid. Golden pawn is genuinely awesome and they gave me a little less than what I was asking which is fair “We do not, nor have we ever called customer names” - yet it happened. Also talked down to me like I wasn’t capable of understanding. But I appreciate the attempt. Maybe if you guys weren’t scamming people and actually treated people decent. you wouldn’t have to get people to write fake good reviews.

I went in to Harrison because my friend said this town wasn’t racist and I thought I would come visit. That being said. I went to porters pawn and they didn’t even acknowledge I was standing behind the counter. I made eye contact with the man I said can I sell my items here and he just looked away. I read another review where they did the same thing to another black man. Went to big Steve’s after and they were the nicest people. Overall I don’t think Harrison is racist because of this but I do see where some of the people still hold on to those beliefs. Like at porters pawn.

I've had my wedding ring worked on here and my diamond put back in. Both times have been really great experiences! I highly recommend to anyone who asks! Both same day drop off and pick up! Fairly priced as well. Will definitely return for all my jewelry needs!

I had the gentleman at Porter Pawn in Harrison replace center stone in a 67 year old ring that has been in my family since my grandfather made it in 1948. They mot only did a great job, they also offered their knowledge in suggesting that the prongs be reinforced and the band be made more stable. They were less than half the price that the other Jeweler I got a quote from and I feel like it hasn't been this beautiful since the day it eas created! Definitely recommend these guys to anyone. The specialist is in the Harrison location on Tuesdays and in Mountain Home on other days. Great job to Porter Pawn!!

Used to be my favorite play to go buy guns but when asked to come back in and tell them how I thought it shot ther attitude was totally different they acted as if they didn’t care because they got their money I was told to go on google to find more about my problem I was having with a brand new gun which I’m not gonna mention the brand but they surprised me really did

My dad and I have been going in here for years. We come here every other weekend to find some new stuff and good deals. We occasionally pull our phones out and look at prices of things to make sure we’re getting a good deal. We’ve joked about it with coworkers in the past and we would have a good laugh about it. Unfortunately a lot of the good people we’ve been seeing there for years have left but that didn’t stop us from going in there and checking out their new stuff. One day my dad wanted to know how much the ps5 games were because they weren’t selling and they were a lot more expensive than they were online or other places. We’ve made lots of deals like this before so my dad went up to them and asked about the price. This guy gets up from his chair, I think his name is Joe, and accuses my dad of being a reseller. Then he continues to point out that he saw us have our phone out so he knows what we’re doing. My dad told him that he was just checking the prices and making sure we were getting a good deal like we always do here but Joe wasn’t having any of it. We were definitely mistreated and it’s such a shame because we have been doing business here since I was a little kid. My dad told him he probably wasn’t going to come back because of this and the guy said that’s fine have a good day.
