I came in with scrap gold and they offered me a fraction of what I got elsewhere. Was a complete rip-off. A friend recommended them the other day and I said “no”. I guess the one that waited on me thought I was stupid.

I experienced blatant racism at this business. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as if I was not welcome. When I interacted with a tall, bald employee who was openly carrying a firearm, he refused to shake my hand and gave me an extremely low appraisal for my gold. As I was leaving, I watched a white couple walk in, and the same employee immediately extended his hand to greet them. That contrast made it clear to me that I was treated differently because of race. This was racist behavior and a clear example of racism. Discrimination is against the law, and in 2026 this is unacceptable. Do not give this business your money.
