My mom had my spoon ring cleaned which was completely covered in a green color and had my name engraved on it. When I opened it up on Christmas, it was beautiful, sterling silver will get dirty, so you have to take care of it.

They had amazing rings, and were patient with me through out the whole process.

We moved to Batesville little over a year, I have had Johnathan do 3 pieces of Jewelry All turned out wonderful!!!

My wife and I took some silver flatware that we were considering selling to Johnathan. He told us to leave it with him and he would look at it and weigh it. We expected an estimate or appraisal, instead he gave us a check. No receipt nor any description of the transaction. When we asked how much it weighed and how much per ounce he paid us, he could not/would not tell us. We had weighed our silver on the bathroom scales and, based on the current price of 22.90 per ounce, we had estimated our silver to be worth close to 9000.00. Imagine our shock and frustration when he gave us 1800.00 and refused to give us a receipt and refused to tell us what it weighed and the price he paid per ounce. Not only did he take our silver for a fraction of what we believe it was worth, he avoided paying taxes on it by refusing to have a paper trail. I do not recommend taking your silver and gold to this man. Any other option is a better one.

I recently got engaged and the ring needed to be sized bigger due to a surgery I had on my hand, so I called around a few places and Johnathan’s was the only one that talked me through everything and made me feel extremely comfortable and not embarrassed on having to get it sized bigger. The staff was amazing when I went in and I can’t wait to get my ring when it’s finished! Thank you for being so kind and not rude when I called asking questions and getting me right in that day! I will only use Johnathan’s from here on out!

I have known Jonathan since he worked for Skinners Jewelry store in Batesville Arkansas as a teenager, I knew then and I know now he is a fine young man, my family has followed him and bought jewelry from him for years. Jonathan has best quality jewelry and fair honest prices! If you go there he will make sure you are happy with your purchase

The only reason this place gets a 1 star rating is because it won't go less than one. Don't sell gold to these people they will rip you off. They pay less than 30% market value . They won't tell you how much it weighed so you don't know how bad they are ripping you off till you figure it up later.
