Went to buy a rifle put it on layaway 2 weeks later go to pick it up and back ground check comes back delayed "understandable but academy i walk out with it same day" but I go home to tell my wife and she wasn't happy so next day I go to ask since I don't have the rifle yet am I able to just pay a restocking fee or something " asked 1 time" they said no I said ok then they say your check came back ok here's your rifle I said ok and I ask now this is 5.56 right "when I put on layaway the woman told me it was the tag didn't say and the mag in the gun said 5.56" they said no it's 300 blackout i said i was told it was 5.56 what can we do can yall trade me for the other one that is they said no we would have to buy back your at a 200 loss and I haven't even held the rifle yet so I left the store and get home and call them to see if they're is anything we can work out " keep in mind the price difference was 50 he said he had to call his boss then I get call back and he said no well I call the jonesboro store a few days later and see if they are any different no I go in the store maybe 10 min after I called and they are talking about me but the story is very twisted and humiliating I'm a quiet person but hearing them talk about me really bothered me bc I asked one time"and only bc i I didn't get the rifle the day I finished paying if I could just get my money back when they said no I accepted that but when I was told the rifle I was buying was 5.56 and the mag said 5.56 and the tag didn't say otherwise and find out it's not 5.56 I wouldn't have picked that rifle I would have got the other one bc ammo is double so b4 I even touched the rifle they told me all they can do is offer to buy it back at 200loss THEN FOR THEM TO TALK ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND THE WOMAN TELLING THE STORY WASN'T EVEN THERE THAT'S THE CRAZY PART DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AND LIKE SOMEONE ELSE SAID THEY'RE PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN NEW FOR USED

Express Pawn in Paragould is great. I have bought things from there on a couple of occasions now. I gave the store manager a few items I’ve been looking for and he wrote it down and as let me know when those items became available. A great thing is they actually take the time to clean up items they are selling before putting out, so they aren’t dirty and beat up looking like you find at some pawn shops.

This store is great and the staff here does a great job. I can't remember the young women's name but she looks to be early 20's and has glasses. Just wanna give her the shout out she deserves. Great customer service. Keep it up. Thanks guys.

Cleanest pawn shop I've ever been to, very friendly people behind the counter, quick to answer any question you may have. Have bought several items from here and haven't had an issue with anything. Recently purchased a gun using their layaway program and couldn't be happier. Will definitely be going back!

I enjoy taking advantage of the 12 months layaway thing they have. Usually pay the stuff off in 2 months but it's convenient and cheap down payments. They put it back and make sure it's not sold from under you. Favorite place to buy firearms.
