Knowledgeable staff, friendly. Good selection of firearms, scopes, cases, and ammo. If they don't have what you're looking for they can order it.

They are knowledgeable and respectful. Their store is also very well set up and they have a wide variety of firearms. I prefer it over other pawn shops and it's nice to have a gun store here in town.

Well, sadly they don't have a facebook page or I would tag them. But the employees as well as the owner at Buck's Pawn in El Dorado are not only arrogant, but ignorant in their field of work as well. Which i have learned tends to be a bad combination. To sum it up, just because I am purchasing a firearm in El Dorado, does not mean I have to have an El Dorado address. I worked gun shows for a couple of years in 3 states. To the bald headed guy who I believe owns the excuse of an establishment: I'm glad ive calmed down as I've gotten older. Raising your tone, and speaking down towards someone you don't know, who has not done either of those things to you, is unwise. To the shorter bearded guy: you should reaalllyy check up on your laws. You sound stupid, and personally I feel like you have absolutely got to be in the wrong profession. You should probably try something without customer service. Im always one for supporting local businesses if you can't tell by everything I share. It ranges from people I barely spoke to in highschool to people I've never even met. I always show support. But Big Buck's Pawn is the most poorly run pawn shop I've ever witnessed as far as customer service goes. Im glad I spent my money elsewhere.

All we did was walk in the store and they already formed an opinion. They were rude and condescending and have no sense of humor either. I will not be doing business there nor will my family.

I bought a gun at this store yesterday. The staff was nice and friendly and very accommodating. There was an issue with the gun after I got home with it. My intention was to take the gun back and discuss it with them and if they couldn't fix the problem I was going to upgrade as this was the cheaper model. As soon as I walked in the store and presented my problem with who I assume the owner, he was extremely rude and condescending. I don't think I've ever had anyone talk down to me the way this person did. I stayed calm and just picked up my gun and walked out. This is the first review I've ever posted and I'm 65 years old. I just thought people should know they appreciate you when you're spending money but don't dare come back with a problem.

Excellent local place! Friendly staff, great service, great prices! My favorite gun shop in South Arkansas!
