Mike and I want to take the time to leave a wonderul review about our experience with the Diamond Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The staff went above and beyond for us to help us not only repair our jewelry but help us with new jewelery. We consider them our wonderful friends! They made it so much fun with each visit so joyful as well. They invited us to a holiday party put on each year at the Diamond Center... with drawings and we ended up winning one of the raffles. Thanks to Grace, Shasta and all the employees, our experience has been great we would recommend them for sure!

Summer was great at helping me build my dream ring. Going in I was torn between a hidden halo and a traditional halo setting. I was also contemplating a cushion cut versus a radiant cut diamond. Summer was so supportive, patient, knowledgeable, and with her expertise and guidance, we chose a cathedral halo setting with an elongated radiant cut center stone without the bow tie effect. I am so happy with the result!!!

My husband and I had the best customer service and experience at the Diamond Center in FS AR . GRACE, is the absolute best at making people feel important and loved. She helped us replicate an existing band I had, which we added to my existing wedding band. They also resized my band. Lots of detail had to be done to our special custom order and she handled it with ease. Thank you GRACE for your impeccable customer service, we will be back.

My fiancé and I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my wedding band with Shasta at Diamond Center, Fort Smith. My engagement ring is a unique shape and we were on a time crunch with our big day quickly approaching. Shasta did not hesitate to do everything possible to get us the perfect ring. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and down to earth! We didn't feel pressured or rushed like we had experienced at other jewelry stores. We had such a great experience at the Diamond Center! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They really took the time to help us find the perfect ring and made sure we felt comfortable and confident the whole way through. The process was super smooth and easy, and we never felt rushed or pressured. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The selection is beautiful and the quality is amazing. They really do have some of the best prices in town, as my fiance and I looked at multiple places. Their diamonds are just so, so pretty! I brought my ring to get resized (they offer a complementary resizing after buying) and it was super fast- only a week! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend the Diamond Center to anyone looking for a special piece or a stress-free buying experience!
