They sell stuff that doesn't work and won't make it right and cuss customers when they are trying to resolve issues!!! Beware!!!

Employee over the phone was rude. I only asked if they took in certain items. Looking at other reviews it seems like they all need to take a class on customer service.

DO NOT GO TO SOUTHERN TRADING & PAWN‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ My husband and I call them Friday to see if they have a Xbox for sale and they do they say they have 1 available. We get there about 30 minutes before closing and buy the Xbox. We bought it with the cords and a controller on top of the Xbox with two rubber bands holding it all together. We pay $212 total with taxes. Well we get home and the Xbox does not work. We go in the next morning and let them know that it’s isn’t working and we want our money back. The guy at the counter immediately has an attitude about it and starts to check the serial numbers to make sure they match the receipt. Low and behold they do not match so he is saying he can’t do anything about it that the serial numbers don’t match. The Xbox also has some red stain or scruff mark on the top of it (which we did not see when we bought it because the cords and controller was on top with rubber bands) that he is accusing us of doing. Also he states that the controller no longer has a back to it. (We also bought it like that!!! It has the two batteries with tape over it)….he told us to come back Monday that the owners would be in and we could speak with them. I call just now to see if I can speak with the owner and he says he never said they would be in. I’m so beyond frustrated and upset because we are now out $200 and they refuse to make this right. I’m just warning everyone. I know now to make sure that everything works before buying.

Purchased a ring over the phone from Alan! Great guy!! And the transaction went smooth and I got a more than fair price. He sent me a copy of my receipt and shipping confirmation with tracking like he said he would. Thanks again buddy! 🤙 UPDATE!!!: Upon receiving the ring it was too tight on my finger... Apparently the ring was a size 9 not a size 9.5 like the ad stated so I'm having to spend $70 to have it resized unfortunately ..not a huge deal but definitely not what I was expecting

I have been going there for years they have always helped me. They are professionals and very knowledged about you and they thing you bring in.

The owner assulted server and acted belligerent after a confusion over drinks. I would NOT recommend this pawn shop simply because of his actions. Uncalled for behavior followed by physical violence is not someone I will be supporting. Handle your drinks or don't order them.
