I'm attempting to be fair here. We did not get a chance to be customers. The phone call this morning, a few minutes ago, made it seem like the company has no interest in assisting hobbyists or novice collectors at all. At the very least when hearing the potential customer is looking to understand the process of your services, it was not acknowledged except to say that we'd pay more for the service then its worth. But there was nothing specific said for her to know that. I think at least giving us the prices of an appointment or rough estimate would have been a must better way of responding when in a professional setting. The type of interaction we just had, makes someone feel dumb for even trying. Could be just the one interaction for your company, but it is likely the only interaction we will have. Its to bad it couldn't have been more of the friendly tone your place seem to radiate in person. Judging from your other great reviews, which is why we called in the first place.

This is one of the most honest coin shops Ive been too. I had to sell some silver and silver coins due to cancer treatments and I feel that Alex went a bit above and beyond to help me. The store is amazing with a huge inventory. I could spend all day just looking.

This is my second experience with this business and Dale is a stand up gentlemen who gives the right price. Extremely professional to deal with. The display of his products is outstanding I highly recommend doing all of your gold and silver dealings with him.
