Been using them for over 15 YRS and they HV always took care of me and worked with me .love them
Bad customer service, Felt uncomfortable after they wouldn't let me get my gun out of the pawn even after paying full with my I.D. never going back
At one time this was a good place to buy reasonably priced items but their inventory has gone downhill and the building is quite run down and dirty. Most of the tools and musical equipment are just wore out junk and way overpriced.
I sell all my gold here they pay way more than anyone in jonesboro. I carried a gold band around town and everyone else offered me around $65 to $70, i was stunned when i walked in Jims and was offered $125. I thought maybe it was a mistake so the lady rechecked it to be sure. Sure enough she said yes thats the right amount. The staff is very friendly and family oriented. Also as i saw mentioned in another post they go above and beyond to work with you if you have items in pawn. They have held items beyond the time they should for me as well and its these kinds of things that keep me coming back.
I have used this place for a lot of emergencies. They are absolutely amazing!! They have always been very fair and have gone above and beyond to help me/us out. All you have to do is keep your agreement and if a issue keeps you from going by on a certain day, just call and talk to them. They will work with you as long as you have a good history and keep your word. We’ve used them for 3-4 years. They also have some very beautiful jewelry as well. All of the employees have always been great with us and especially my favorite lady!! I’m very loyal to this place!! You truly won’t find a better Pawn Shop to go to.
