My fiancé and I brought a 20 year old wedding ring set to Swanson to get it resized and cleaned up. The results absolutely astounded us! The jeweler told us when we gave it to them that the rings would look brand new, but we weren’t expecting them to look as amazing as they did! You seriously would think the wedding ring set had just been purchased. I noticed that they even made the prongs symmetrical (notice that two prongs on the right side were previously closer to each other in the before pic). We certainly appreciate the eye for detail that these folks have as well as their excellent customer service! Swanson Diamond Center will be the only jeweler we use from now on. Thank you guys!

If I could give more stars, I would. After visiting 4 different jewelry stores in Auburn, this is the only place where everyone greeted me very nicely and offered to clean my engagement ring while I shopped for my wedding band. I had my heart set on a particular ring to best accent my engagement ring, so unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for. But there a ton of beautiful rings I would have chosen if not for the design of my current ring. If I were to pick a store to buy from, just based off customer service, this is the place I would go. Reggie has gone above and beyond trying to find a ring similar to the one I was searching for.

Extremely positive experience purchasing my engagement ring here! Reggie was great to work with, but everyone we interacted with was fantastic. Everyone was honest, transparent, and nobody was pushy. I set out my budget and it was respected. They ordered multiple diamonds and helped me pick one out. I had very little idea what I was doing and they worked with me the entire time. The pricing is very reasonable after visiting many jewellers. They were able to find a diamond in my price range and order it. In fact, we went under budget for more than I was asking for. It was timely and quality service. Everyone was easy to reach. Swanson is trustworthy and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience shopping for my engagement ring with Swanson, so much so that we returned today to shop for our wedding bands. We enjoyed every moment of our time there! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and they talked us through various options but were respectful of what we wanted. I can’t thank Swanson enough, I’m absolutely in love with my rings!
