Amazing place much bigger than I thought. I got greeted immediately and was consistently checked on for service. Retrieving an item from an employee was super easy and they have a very easy checkout system. Colton did a lot to make sure that I was taken care of and had everything I wanted and needed and even showed me around a bit phenomenal service will be coming back

My daughter and I walked in to this establishment and was promptly greeted by the sweetest person ever. Eric helped us tremendously with his patience for answering questions, showing us several items of interest, all while maintaining a professional, polite and friendly smile. During our exit transaction he kept the conversation flowing smoothly, especially when my daughter just flew through the questions and he had to refresh several times. Showed no frustration. Great job ERIC. Honestly, the atmosphere at Redstone Pawn was beautiful, and everyone was great. I would definitely recommend family and friends to visit.

This shop is deeply unserious with their prices. Everything I've ever looked at except for music equipment is easily 10-15% above market value. They sell $500 pistols for $700, they sell silver at $5oz over spot (or more), and even when stuff sits on the shelf for over a year they seem to have no interest in negotiating. Adding a second star because the salespeople are all super nice.

You know usually I save my reviews for good places and try to get in the best review I can but here lately it seems like everybody's customer service dropped off you walk in people give you a nasty attitude or a nasty look look at you like you're a criminal when you're like a regular customer or you've been here before and bought on the regular it's amazing to me that you walk in and I don't know if it's the economy maybe a bad experience with a prior customer I'm not sure what the deal is but you walk in and like I said you get nasty looks or you can hear that nasty attitude and in the voice, customer service sucks or the sarcasm dripping from their words and you just got to shake your head and walk off some of the people here have a good attitude and good customer service but some of them including management, seems like the have a nasty attitude ...fine by me one of these businesses Ill stop going to. As an update went back in there again and same thing lady had an attitude asked her to look at a new glock gen 6 and she had his disgusted look on her face like she was disgusted to help me look at the item Before she even helped you as hey are you okay and I'm thinking yeah I was just cleaning some dirt off of my shoe that illegal I don't know who's hiring these people but you might want to check your hiring practices no need for attitudes no need for looking at your customers like they're dirt and garbage especially when they're nice clean and professional on top of that they're your customers and they pay your bills

Have sold, pawned, a bought items from here since about 2020. They’ve always been professional and fair in their prices. Specifically today Mari really helped give me the best deals for items and as always the prices have been fair. She was proficient in making the process swift and easy. Like others have said, best Pawn Shop in Huntsville.

Walked around for 20-25 minutes inside the store. I felt invisible. Zero human interaction inside the store. Was not greeted or smiled at or asked if i needed help or had any questions. Small selection of tools, musical items, electronics, & jewlery. LARGE selection of firearms 3 stars because of the cleanliness and every item was visibly priced.
