!!! WORST Experience Ever!!! I brought in several 14k gold items one employee tested the items they tested real because they was there before he gave me a offer price and I agreed then an employee named Kim stepped in she was very rude, cruel, nasty and very unprofessional she immediately said it wasn't real she treated me like a criminal. I came back the next day to speak with the manager and told him what happened. He looked it up on the computer and saw the jewelry was tested real he apologized and resolved the issue the manager Rossell was very professional. I don't think I'll be going back to Northside pawn at least not while Kim is working there she doesn't know how to treat a customer and customers is what makes business.
This place sucks. Rude customer service and low baller galore. I took my business to pawn headquarters down the street. They are family oriented and they make you feel at home.
They gave me a very reasonable price for my rifle and were more than professional. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!
