Most unengaged employees. I have came in a few times to see what all they have and browse to see if I will buy anything. Today was the day I decided to buy some packs for store credit. I came in with my small collection of 10 cards because just to see how they do things. Swiftly asked an employee how to do so. Not to mention this is the second time I’ve asked how they do things and I’ve already made a sell order that never seemed to get conformation. So second time around did this in store and asked if he could pull up the sell list. Got it done thanks 32 dollars……JCs house of Cards will be the only place from now on. 240 for a booster box that’s 40 at JCs

Love this place. Staff is always very nice and accommodating. Also just bought a box at the shop today and pulled this beautiful card!

My 8 yo son has just bagn his journey into the world of Pokemon. The employees/owners at Poke-Collect have been nothing short of kind and caring, even to a newbie. They are always generous and helpful. We enjoy our now weekly visits!

Bought some Mystery cards and got some amazing Art Rares! As a new collector they definitely earned their spots at the top of my collection! :D sorry for the bad picture >///

Already posted a review, but wanted to add a great experience I had there. I brought in probably just under 20 mid tier (to be generous) cards and ended up with over 500$ in store credit. I asked the young lady at the register if she remembered Nickelodeon's Toys R Us Christmas contest (where they would give a kid a shopping cart and 1 minute to grab anything that could fit in the cart). She did not because she likely had not been born yet, but she patiently listened to an old man explain some pointless pop culture moment, and seemed genuinely happy for me when I said that was enough store credit to have my own pokemon themed version of that. All of the staff were awesome. I took absolutely forever debating each purchase and asking them basically what every item in the store was and they were happy to drop whatever they were doing and help. I dont know why there are a few bad actors in the comments acting like the staff is rude. There was a young lady, a dude with dreads, and one other dude working that evening and they were nice as they could be. We'll worth the 1.5 hour drive from where I am. Give this shop a chance, you wont regret it.
