Its a pet store they usually have what I need

Their cat flea collars are false advertisement. They don't sell them no more. But yet they don't take them off-the-shelf. All of their fish are sick but yet they're still selling them.

had a prescription for a food that my dog eats, she can ONLY eat this food. it said online that they were in stock. i am visiting family with my dog and she ran out so i decided to take my prescription card and run to go get some. i was told that they needed a BANFIELD in their store to sell it. so if you can't sell it, why does it say online that you have it in stock? it seems like they are only trying to make money for banfield and are denying me the food. Seems like you don't care for animals and more for the money, wont be shopping here again.

First and most definitely last time I will use Petsmart grooming for my Yorker Terrier…or ANY of my future pets! I simply asked for his face and legs to NOT be too short….. well… they not only SHAVED him almost completely, and what hair that’s left….is gapped so bad that we will have to either have to fix it ourselves or take to someone else. Not to mention the 2 gashes on his skin that looks like were from the clippers maybe I’m not sure… the groomer herself didn’t come back out at pick up she had someone else bring him. He was very strange acting after we picked him up and it took a while for him to start acting like himself! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! And the ONLY reason I gave one star is I had to in order to post 🤬😡 This is what we got home and discovered…… his nail fell out….after they did WHATEVER it is they did….. pissed is an understatement!!!

Absolutely disgusting environment. Beta fish literally dead for so long that the water has turned brown other betas water not being cleaned to the point where algae is growing. Fish tanks are horrendous. So many dead fish in the aquariums and some of them are so dirty you can’t even tell what you’re looking at. Staff has no regard for the life of their animals. Quite a shame if you ask me

I drop in every so often to have my dog's nails trimmed and I have a great experience every time. The staff is kind and do a great job with his nails. I am always able to be in the door and out in less than 10 minutes each time. Cierra did a wonderful job today!
