Absolutely amazing customer service! I have done business with these people several times now. Each time I visit the staff is always happy and eager to help you in any way they can. They offer some of the best prices and variety on guns, knives, and ammo in the area. Plus the store is very organized. Giving you a great view of all the stores items on display. I highly recommend this gun & pawn shop to anyone in the area.

Byfords is one of my go to gun shops. Jeff, Mike, Joe, Zach, and Caleb are all super knowledgeable and always eager to help you find exactly what or looking for. The prices are super reasonable and they offer layaway for those weeks when your wants outweigh your budget 😆. Literally one of the best gun stores in the state of Alabama. Highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

I have purchased from here many times. I recently Purchased a rifle from here, and was getting my new scope mounted. When I returned home I noticed my scope mounts weren't right, and my crosshairs weren't level.Scratches were left on my scope in two places it is only cosmetic damage as far as I can tell but my things weren't respected here! They screwed me over as they said "The mounting and boresighting is on the house for I enjoy seeing young people buying guns" I took it a nice gesture, but I soon realised that's not what happened at all. I am infuriated that they were so inconsiderate of my belongings Vortex says that since it is only cosmetic that the warranty dosent apply, I'm disappointed Joe I thought you had respect!
