They are good people
Bought some investment gold since the dollar has devalued so much this year. Got over charged a hundred dollars over what it should have been (spot plus x amount). But came back a week later she recognized me and told me she over charged by accident didn't even have to mention anything. I appreciate the honesty. So i bought more. I appreciate when people have integrity.
I have done business with Mr. Herbert for about 30 years since I was around 8 years old. I have never been given fake goods at this shop. I visit a few times a year but as a child I visited about every week. Have a little understanding; I was injured during military service. Some days I feel old and in pain. I’m sometimes blunt and to the point. I wouldn’t say Asian lady is rude just blunt.
WOW. Extremely rude over the phone. I found a rare coin in an old house I purchased and the woman that answered me mocked me and was extremely disrespectful. Was a random surprise find right before Christmas, I see 1940 no mint wheat Pennie’s showing value online. Figured I’d talk to a local expert. That was the worst customer service, and when I said mam why are you yelling at me, she yelled more, told me I was just trying to get money for junk, and hung up on me. I never leave reviews. This was evil. Prayers for your demons. If anyone is of the greed demon it’s them.
I had some silver coins, so I stopped in to find out their value. The Asian lady was incredibly rude and condescending. She picked one up and claimed they were fake coins. I know they are genuine and would strongly advise others against doing business at this place.
If I could give a 0 star review I would. I spent a couple of minutes looking through the coin section and came across a coin that I was very interested in. After asking the old man in the store what his best price was (assuming he is the owner) he snatched the coin out of my hand, and threw the boxes of coins back on the shelf and told me have a good day “I wouldn’t want to sell any of my coins to you I don’t need the money” horrible person do not recommend
