I have been a customer for quite a while, like any other business they have their ups and downs. However, they stand apart from other businesses because they truly care about their customers. Recently I had an unfortunate experience with a piece that I had purchased from them. However, after they heard about my dilemma they immediately called me to resolve the problem. From there I knew that this was a business my family and I could trust. Without a doubt we will continue to be loyal customers to them.
I shopped around Birmingham and Tuscaloosa for a pair of diamond stud earrings and they definitely had the best price! They were extremely nice and gave me plenty of time to decide on what size I liked best. They even supplied me with all of the documentation for size and clarity. While I was there I even picked up a couple of other things. They could not have been nicer to deal with and I will be back again! Thank you and I love my earrings!
