Do not do business here. The older guy here can't seem to do math properly. Not only did he short me $10 on a payment twords a pawn he trys to justify it but talking in circles. This place is the worst for pawning items.

Very tense and unsettling environment for a young black man. Can tell he didn't want to do any business with me. He even told me that I can buy guns with a felony! I don't know if he was automatically assuming or what but that was enough for them to lose my business for good. If you're black I'd definitely recommend capital pawn where they treat you with respect regardless of who you are

I have done business with High Caliber over the years since moving to Prattville and have always been very satisfied. Danny, the owner, treats everyone as if they are his best friend and takes all the time you need to answer any questions. They always have a great collection of both new and used firearms. I definitely recommend this place to do business. They are genuine, local, and very knowledgeable. If they don't have it they will get it for you.
I don’t know where people are coming up with the negative reviews on these guys. I found them to be extremely nice, honest, and helpful. I’m looking for very particular guns and haven’t bought from them yet, but enjoy going by and looking and chatting with them. The “old man” is not racist like some have insinuated on here, he’s just from a different era. A bit cantankerous and intimidating to everyone in general at first impression , but a heckuva great guy and extremely helpful once you talk to him. I’d recommend them to anyone.
These people are very nice helpful and knowledgeable. They always will work with you to help you. If I need a little cash or if I'm looking for something they always helped me out. I always have Good service with with them. They will always have my business.
