Had a great first time experience here! Had heard a lot of great things about this place beforehand, but for my first visit it was an amazing experience. Knowledgeable and friendly employees, specifically Justin was a great person to have assist us! They had a lot of great things for sale. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has passed through and thought of it as just any other old pawn shop!

I visited Family Pawn's Alabaster location today and I was simply amazed at the variety of firearms, jewelry and lawn equipment. I got a great deal on an AR-15 style pistol and a Ryobi 40V Battery Powered Lawnmower. Salesperson Justin was very courteous, competent and professional. Justin assisted me with information I needed to finalize my purchases. Salute to Justin!!! I had a great day at Family Pawn
