Words can’t even begin to describe how incredible they are! I truly would recommend them to anyone and everyone over and over again! They went above and beyond for me. I went in to figure out how to get my band to sit flush, which proved a challenge because of the different style band and engagement ring; however, they talked with me through every option and found the absolute perfect one that solved all the problems.

Great experience with this jeweler. I worked in the industry in the past and Cummings retains the craftsmanship, market expertise, and customer attention that is missing in the chain and "discount" jewelry stores. Warm inviting atmosphere and attention to detail. They did a great job with my informal appraisal (market value) that I needed to settle an estate. Other jewelers wanted to do expensive insurance appraisal which was overkill for my needs. But Cummings knew what I needed an provided excellent service. Great place for new purchases, jewelry creation, selling broken and unwanted jewelry, and appraisals.

Let me start by saying I could not have asked for a better business to work with than Cummings Jewelry to create an engagement ring (first photo) and wedding band (second photo) for my fiancé (now wife). My fiancé had an idea of her dream ring and Jim made that dream come true for her. I showed him a picture of a ring design she wanted and Jim worked with me to ensure every detail was perfect. The ring he created is not only far more beautiful than the ring in the picture I brought to him, but more practical and less expensive. Every person who has seen this ring thinks it is stunning, because it is. Our wedding photographer said it was "the most beautiful ring she has ever captured with a camera." I am one of the most frugal people I know, but the engagement ring was worth every single penny. I have never walked away from a major purchase feeling happier with the service and product I received.
