Have called them on two separate occasions now, both times asking basic questions such as "Do you have gold eagles in stock?" or "How much are you paying for silver today?". Both times I was told to call back, once because they were "too busy" to answer and once because they "didn't know" and the person who DID know was not there. Let me remind you that I was not calling with hard questions or taking up much of their time with too many questions. If a coin shop can't quickly tell you what they're paying for junk silver or how much they'll sell an ounce of gold for, why on earth would you trust them to give you a fair price when buying or selling?

Good selection and fair pricing but they shorted me on my change. Nice people though. Picked up an oz of silver and a constitutional quarter. Total was originally $74. When we agreed it should actually be $64, I paid them with $80 cash. My change should have been $16, but they only gave me $6. I didn’t realize until it was too late to go back and argue. I’ve searched my entire car and all my pockets, and am 100% sure they shorted me $10.

The Howard’s Ken, his uncle, and wife are very nice and friendly. They have a great variety of different coins, bullion and have always offered me a nice price and take their time to make sure I get the best deal and service. Good people!

Went to see what they would offer for a small coin collection. They was nice enough but at the same time, the value of the collection was between 400 on the lowest end to over 900 on the higher end. The best offer I was given was 60 bucks .. laughable. The silver content alone was worth over 350 based on melt value. To put it in perspective another local shop paid me triple what they offered me and that was for less than 1/3 of the coin collection. Id strongly suggest not even going to this location unless you want to give your collection away.
