The experience wasnt bad but it wasnt the greatest, it would be nice if the sales people were more knowledgeable and the vehicles were cleaned and cane with at least half a tank of gas. My sales person was very pleasant and i do appreciate that. But when i walked in i wasnt greeted or anything had waited about 15 minutes and had to actually go up to the front desk and ask for help unfortunately…hopefully this will help in the future but i do love my new vehicle! Picture was taken at my job i had to clean my vehicle also didn’t come with floor mats or spare tire and had to replace windshield wipers same day!

Excellent customer service and explained everything down to every detail and was quick and prompt on anything wrong and needed fixing before I got the vehicle

I just want to take a minute to brag on my friend Camryn—Cammy—because the way she came through for me yesterday while I was picking out my car was everything. We’ve been friends for a while now, so I already know how she is: solid, dependable, and always looking out. But seeing her help me with something as big as buying a car just reminded me why I trust her the way I do. From the moment we pulled up, she was on it. She wasn’t just standing around or letting the salespeople talk circles around me—she was paying attention to every little detail. She asked questions I wouldn’t have even thought about, pointed out things I didn’t notice, and made sure I wasn’t getting played or pressured. It honestly felt like having my own personal car expert with me, but also my friend who knows me well enough to say, “Yeah, this fits you,” or “No, that’s not worth it.” What I loved most was how patient she was. I’m indecisive as hell, especially with big purchases, and she never once made me feel rushed or silly. She let me take my time, test drive what I wanted, go back and forth, and she stayed calm the whole time. She broke things down in a way that made sense, explained stuff without making me feel dumb, and kept reminding me to choose what I felt good about, not what anybody else was trying to push. And the way she carried herself? So professional. Like, she really stepped into that “I got you” role without even trying. She was respectful, she was confident, and she made sure the whole process felt smooth instead of stressful. Even the salesperson could tell she wasn’t one to play with—they knew they had to be straight with us. But beyond all that, it was just the fact that she showed up for me. She didn’t have to spend her whole day helping me pick out a car, but she did. She didn’t have to care as much as she did, but she did. That’s the kind of friend she is—someone who genuinely wants to see you win, feel safe, and make the right decisions. Someone who celebrates with you and supports you at the same time. By the time I drove off the lot, I felt confident, happy, and honestly proud of myself—and a big part of that was because of her. I’m really grateful for her, not just for yesterday but for the kind of friend she’s been to me overall. Cammy is one of those people you can count on, whether it’s something small or something major like buying a whole car. She’s amazing, she’s thoughtful, she’s smart, and she really does go above and beyond without even being asked. So yeah… this is me giving her all her flowers because she deserves them.

Back in 2023 i went and got a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 78,000 miles and it was an excellent vehicle no issues and the engine light never came on!! Traded it in yesterday for a 2018 Ford Escape and we are in love with it! Will definitely be using Car-Mart for years and years to come!!! The General Manager Veronica and Camryn were very very helpful in putting us in a new vehicle! Thank you!!
