Got my PS5 back, but they forgot to give me my HDMI cable, and my bag was ripped. It took two months to get it back, so I’m not sure if the bag got damaged during that time—it was an Army bag. I’ve been pawning with this store for years, so seeing that was really disappointing. I had that bag for years from the Army.

Just a word of caution, some jewelry is not what it seems…buyer beware. To respond to the comment below, the ring frame had broken and a side stone had fallen out so I had brought the ring to a very reputable jeweler of over 50 years business most all here in Gadsden would know him, and this owner accused him or someone of removing and swapping the stone. I went to B&B only to tell them that when I had brought the ring to an authorized jeweler to be repaired, when he cleaned the ring all the chocolate brown color was removed. I wasn’t looking for an exchange or replacement merely to inform them of the incident. To accuse someone of replacing the stone and he telling me I needed to bring the ring to his pawn shop to be fixed is absurd I’d trust a reputable jeweler before a pawn broker. As I said buyer beware not everything is as it seems…shiny and bright doesn’t always mean authentic.

I was one day late v picking up and item i pawned and they told me the sold it. I thought there was a grac period?

My wife had been going here for years, spending thousands buying jewelry, and getting her jewelry fixed. When I moved here she took me in there. We spent over $1000 in there that day. One of the items we purchased was a silver chain marked at $400 but it was on sale for 50% off. Months later I was in a bind and took it in to pawn. They told me they wouldn't take it because it was not worth anything. I told them that I had purchased it there and what I paid for it. They called me a liar saying that I did not purchase it there and that they don't even sell silver chains. Recently I came across the receipt for that sale. I took it to the store but they wouldn't even look at it. I paid for some stuff that my wife had in pawn and told them they insulter my integrity and because of that neither me nor my wife would be doing business with them anymore. They need to watch how they treat people.

Came in there with 1 coach purse that i paid at least $160 for, lady had an attitude and acting like she didn’t even want to help, seemed racist if u ask me lol.. wasn’t of age to sell the purse so my mom came back with the same purse and another coach purse that cost a little over 200. They weren’t even willing to give over 100. Very unprofessional you can tell by how they responded to other reviews😂
