Amazing place and good machines.
Change machine doesn’t give correct change. Washers barely spin clothes so they are soaking wet so it cost you a fortune to dry them. No one on duty to assist with problems. However they watch you constantly thru the one camera that works.
I only have 2 complaints really, the first is, there are only 3 triple loaders, which sucks because I had to use multiple machines to wash. One woman occupied all 3. The second is that bathroom was filthy and the toilet doesn't flush. No attendant in sight. The machines worked great, no complaints there. The rest of the facility was clean.
My dryer stop heating. Repairing was on 2/26, they rescheduled. I needed to wash. Only washed my towels and a few clothing. Been here before it was ok. But now, this is a money pit. $20 spent and my damn clothes still ain’t dry!!! No attended in sight! One of the large dryer, didn’t dry the towels still damp. Move to another towels still wet!
No attendant on site. Washer took a whole dollar from me. Call the number on the door and no answer
If you're looking for (their motto) "Clean, Fast, Friendly, Safe" no need to look further. They claim (truthfully) biggest washers. They failed to mention reasonable prices. Thanks for showing that your business and your customers are important.
My clothes came out of the washer dripping wet. It's costing more to dry than to wash. 1/18 update. second time, different machine, same problem! I won't be back to this scam. I can't afford to spend my paycheck on driers.
