0Pretty ridiculous that I purchased a order of 2 morgans 1 Au 1Bu from Walmart from this company the coin was misled and Miss listed I received a terrible condition brilliant uncirculated coin and terrible condition almost uncirculated coin I escalated it to Walmart since they sold it to me they refunded me my money and bullion exchanges permanently blocked my account for life and after multiple attempts of me reaching out to them to unblock my account I literally have over 30 plus orders totaling over $10,000 with this company to just block me over a single or double Morgan dollar coin order that did not even total $200 that they were ABSOLUTELY 1000000% WRONG about is insane what a terrible place to do business with....thanks bullion exchanges great way to treat a repeat loyal customer my wife has bought 10+ orders from yall my son has 10 eagles from yall my entire family orders faithfully from this place until this has happend what a shame....

Cannot believe the run around I got from this company really not sure if itβs even a real company
First order I received call about shipping to FedEx location rather than my house (since signature was required). 2nd order I requested the same for order to be shipped to FedEx location. Emailed THREE times with no response. Finally was able to change myself on FedEx app. Order still ended up being delivered to my house while I was out of town without required signature. Very poor customer service by Bullion Exhange. Will not be doing business with them anymore. Typical NY business. Will follow Trax NYC advice from now on.
I ordered a gold bar from Bullion Exchange by online in December. I picked it up at their shop. Last time I bought from them was shipping to my address but this time I would like to know experience for picking up.The whole process was very smooth and convenient which makes me feel comfortable and confident for my purchase. I truly appreciate their service and honesty and I highly recommend this shop.
(Update! They cancelled my order 12 days after placing it and blocked my account. Because I sent email asking why it was taking so long.) Long processing time kills it. For me itβs not worth worrying about being available for an unknown day 2-3 weeks in the future. Compared to competitors like JM bullion, Bullion Exchanges takes FOREVER to ship. 10 days after Making a purchase and it still wonβt ship out for another 2-3 days. They waited a week to process the payment. Why??? Seriously, why? Then itβs at least another 5 business days after that. I ordered from other sites on later dates, as a 1st time buyer and using the same method of payment, and those packages have already been delivered. This is the only order that hasn't even shipped yet. I specifically could not, in good conscious, order more items from Bullion Exchanges when there was no progress in processing my initial order, for nearly a week. After calling customer service twice, it seems that you are obligated to call and inquire about canceling the order for them to finally start processing it, otherwise who knows how long they would take. in fact, AI chats will literally instruct you to do this to unstick the order from limbo. Will update this review when delivery is successfully complete
Worst experience Iβve ever had with a precious metals dealer. I wired over $11,000 for gold and silver. They confirmed receipt of the funds. When I arrived at the store to complete the transaction, I was told there was a βlineβ and was ordered to go outside. When we went outside, they began yelling that it was cold and to close the door. The behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. Once they finally let us in, they asked for IDs and then questioned whether the wire came from a business or personal account. When I confirmed it was a business wire, they incorrectly stated I needed a resale certificate. This is falseβthere is no sales tax on bullion, and a resale certificate is irrelevant in this situation. Their staff became increasingly disrespectful. One employee actually said, βCustomer service is way nicer than us, Iβll tell you that,β which says everything about how they treat paying customers. Without justification, the owner then canceled the orderβafter they had already received my money. As of now, they are still holding my funds. To make matters worse, they called the police on us despite no wrongdoing on our part. Extremely unprofessional, misleading, and stressful experience. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to be very cautiousβespecially with large transactions.
Awesome people. Always smooth transaction, processing time is quick, they actually answer the phone and respond to emails very promptly. At times within minutes! Very accommodating. Prices and Buy backs are of the best if not the best all around in the industry! Some have good prices and some have good buy backs, nobody has both because itβs hardly possible π€ not even sure how BE does both but they do! Check for yourself! Not to mention, absolutely the coolest boxes period haha! (They pack discreetly but inside you get a cool/fun box ππΌ) Definitely on my very short list of go toβs! Needless to say, highly recommended!
