DO NOT GO HERE. SUPER RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Tried to sell us a Mystic Topaz "Northern light" bracelet for 26k USD. We told him that it's more then our car and he was like you should sell your car and buy the bracelet. Mind that we are CAN 1.4 to USD. Took a picture and yelled at us. (Yes we should have asked) but there was no need to yell at me when he was trying to sell my a 400ish USD whale tale that was probably only worth 10$.....

I cannot explain to you how lovely it was to meet this wonderful family. The ring I chose was not just unique and hand made setting but absolutely stunning. One of the best experiences I have had looking for a quality piece. Mahesh never rushed me and was able to give very professional in-site. In fairness he did try to show me some less expensive rings but once I saw this beauty it had it be mine! The entire experience was lovely and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. Do not go here, they are very nice, but they will sell you defective merchandise. I had a bracelet put on me. I bought it when I went to go put it on the next day. The class didn’t work. I’ve gone to multiple jewelers and they all told me how badly I was ripped off. $115 down the drain and a broken bracelet. There’s no way to contact, via email or phone number. So definitely do not go here, they also make sure not to give a receipt… I should’ve seen the red flags.
Was told that this bangle was pure sterling ... Told that the cruise ship sold them for $1500 but they are giving it to me it $700... I kept saying no and then they went down to a $150... I agreed and was conned. Sterling silver does not attach to a magnet... Taking a magnet to every jewelry store when on vacation next time. Beautiful costume jewelry but not worth $150 to me ..
I purchased what I thought was a reversible Omega necklace. I kept it sealed in the box until ready to wear it. When I took it out, I found this tarnished piece of unwearable necklace. I paid $200 for it. They obviously misrepresented it. We were in the store for a long time. They were very friendly but a little overwhelming in their efforts to sell us something. I would stay away from this store in Juneau. There are multiple jewelery stores. I would stay away from this one. I have contacted them via email. Await their response.
Mahesh was wonderful! Very friendly, found exactly what I wanted, and was amazing. I would highly recommend when in Alaska you must stop in and purchase from this wonderful family owned store. I know we will even make contact with them in the future from home. Jewelry is absolutely beautiful. They are personable and they want you to leave happy! I am one happy lady!
