I originally left a 5 Star review before doing my research, I trusted I was a receiving a fair deal on this watch. However once back on this ship this same watch from an authorized seller on eBay, brand new was $130. From Citizen themselves, $256. I paid over $300 for this same watch and I’m extremely disappointed. They make you leave a 5 star review before you leave the store so please don’t believe all the 5 star reviews!

On a port day in Juneau while on a cruise through Alaska, my husband found a watch by Ball he loved. I decided to buy it for him as a surprise and Kris gave me a great price. We were very pleased with our new, old stock, limited edition Ball watch purchase, the service we received and that Jewels by Kris is listed as an authorized dealer on the Ball website. Wonderful jewelers!!! Nash took care of me and my husband in purchasing a gift for my grandmother! I told them what I could afford and they worked with me !! The stone for our pendant is so beautiful!! They also gave us a free gift!!! Honestly I recommend them to anyone on a budget!!!
