Bought a piercing on 3/13 and had to take it out and get it replaced with a new one as of 3/22. My nose started to turn green and hurt. the ‘ paint ‘ on the piercing was coming off. Definitely won’t even bother putting in the other two rings I bought.— Stefanie Ison, Mar 2025
Really good customer service, I was in earlier today to get new piercings. There was a bit of a misjudgment about my anatomy but none of it is their fault. The bars I left with the last time are still a little too tight but again, nothing wrong on their end. Anatomy is different on everyone. I love the space they provide and the no judgment zone. They work really well and as long as you’re respectful, they are respectful. I really appreciate all their jewelry and attitude towards customers.
