Went for a second opinion, will be the first and last time I ever enter the store. Was blown away how rude the platinum blonde lady at the front was, I watched her while she was borderline about to explode on one of her staff, then I recieved the rest of her unhealthy anger. The second opinion I got wasn't anything in which i didn't expect, so I have no bias against her answer. However it is the manner in which she responded that was disturbing. Amazing store, staff and service. The Leduc store is intriguing and welcoming. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and very helpful. Not only do they have amazing antiques, but they also repair jewellery at incredibly affordable prices. They replaced a missing stone in an engagement ring, straightened and polished it and built up the shank, all in record time. We’ll choose Beck’s Leduc over any jewellery store every time! Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My son is starting up a coin collection, and I stood back and let him talk with the gentleman at the counter about what he was looking for. It was his first time doing something like this, and he was nervous, but the man quickly put him at ease, helped him find just the right thing, and gave him some bonus info on the coin he was purchasing and how it compares to similar coins. My son had called a few days earlier to see if he had the coin, and he remembered him right away and had all his options already at the counter when we arrived. Excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back! The place is awesome inside too, we took a good look around. Lots of cool stuff, we could spend ages in there just pretending it’s a museum.
