This Pawnshop is getting worse every day!. First time 1year ago, I got some jewelry about $500!, and so at the moment was paying, the cashier didn’t know how to calculate 10% discount on some items!. And so I was teaching Him how to do that and He got angry. Next time about 3months later I stopped and got some other things and everything was good. Today I asked for some electronics and NONE of the sellers wanted to show up!. The place looks like ZOMBIES ROOM… except for the register- counter!. Shopped here for 20 years. Never seen the store packed with junk this bad. Over priced games overpriced everything. Employee wanna yell me they never price something for more than 50 percent retail. Everything in that store is price at retail or 75 percent of retail. I've been in the store 5 times the past month and see the same items collecting dust. The liquor store is the bankroll here now. They use to care bout making money. Now they care both loans and alcohol. Great Christian establishment. You can't get more top notch, top shelf, Or more professional than the branch manager Ruben... He took care of a sensitive matter regarding a life insurance policy check Not only did he have this taken care of within 24 hours but he did it with a person over the phone from a whole another state.... He had everything ready for me. All I needed to do was show up with a check and have my driver's license this man went above and beyond to help me out and I will never forget it...... Everyone there is very welcoming and nice. Bought some electronics, a generator and some other items great experience. Everything is very neat and organized. I had a question on an item I own and they took my info and said they would get back with me.
