Shuggy’s is my favourite business at the Centre Market I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Shuggy & Turtle both offer the best customer service and make the shopping experience so enjoyable for me. I’ve bought my favourite emerald ring here, my favourite Fenton cake stand, my favourite green vase and so many more cool items through the years. Shuggy’s Antique & Jewelry Shop is the pearl of Market Street and Centre Market in Wheeling , WVa. My sisters and I have been shopping at Shuggy’s for over 7 years . We love visiting Wheeling , where our Mother grew up, and taking a trip back in time to when we went to Wheeling with her. The highlight of our trips is always going to Shuggy’s and seeing Sherry and her nephew, Turtle, who are both experts in beautiful jewelry and unusual antiques. Sherry not only has a large assortment of jewelry, but her antiques are attractive too . Sherry’s 30 years of experience is reflected in her wonderful shop and personal customer service. She has many return customers who Sherry always recognizes . Shuggy’s is located across from Coleman’s Fish Market.
