I purchased a necklace from their online store, trusting they were a reputable business. However, a few years later, when I tried to resell the piece, I was shocked and embarrassed to discover that the "14k" necklace I had paid for was actually only 10k. I felt misled and overpaid for a product that wasn’t as advertised. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I received a bracelet for a birthday gift and clasp was defective. Needless to say I lost it and found it 4 months later. We returned to Rockies, and they corrected the clasp and it is now better than new. Thanks guys for helping an old gal out!
Only reason this isnt a 1 star is because Amy was so nice. I sold gold here and bought earrings. They say they pay the most for gold is a lie. I can name 3 stores that pay more. As for the earrings they were priced semi fair. First time ever being here. Dont think ill be back
If you are looking to fill your house with glassware, silver anything, or a piece of jewelry this would be the place to come. They do have a large area with antique furniture and rooms but for the most part everything was over priced. I did see a lot of pictures/paintings that I normally do not see at other antique stores but again overpriced. I will probably not visit here again unless I am looking for something specific that I can’t find anywhere else. They do have restrooms but the aisles are a bit tight for a wheelchair or stroller.
If I could give them SIX stars, I would! I love the service I received. I brought in my antique engagement ring to have it sized down. It took just one day and cost 1/3 of what another jeweler quoted me for. When I picked up the ring I was floored to see that all of the scratches were removed from the surface. I am so thankful for this jeweler and the care he gave to such a special ring.
