Paul Wallace will try and rip you off as much as possible. He is not a man of his word. Would never recommend either business in Belpre or Parkersburg. Edit: I actually HAVE done business there about two and a half years ago. Never again.
The item i purchased was not truthful for what it was advertised for, and the price of the item was 2.5 times more than what I could have purchased the same ring for brand new. I researched after the purchase, so its partially my responsibility, but I trusted the label that said I was purchasing 14 k gold when the ring band says 10 k
Great and Friendly Staff, bought a bunch of silver jewelry and some gold earrings and always got great prices! Bought my first gun here and they were a big helping in finding one that was a good fit for me
This was an unusual experience however they ended up honoring the item they sold me which was an Xbox one I was told no returns the day that I bought it and I was shown that it worked. Once I arrive home and tried it there was some sort of software issue and once back at their shop they attempted to help me alleviate the problem which we couldn't figure out they honored it and gave a full refund and an apology . They couldn't have done any better in that situation. Thanks !!
